In a team, there may be multiple administrators, and the tasks they manage might vary. To achieve finer control over the management permissions, the system administrator can assign address book permissions and application management permissions to hierarchical administrators. This way, they can achieve collaborative management where each administrator has specific responsibilities, and their management tasks do not interfere with each other.
