If there is a need to prevent duplicate information for personnel within the organization, this feature can be utilized for this purpose. Currently, it supports personnel information including "phone number,", "ID number," and "email."
Once enabled, the fields to be checked for duplication during personnel creation must be selected.
If no fields are selected, there will no verification.
Once enabled and the relevant fields are selected, when editing personnel information, performing bulk edits to personnel information, or importing personnel information within the system, the system will conduct strong validation on the selected fields. Any duplicates will result in a failed operation and provide a corresponding notification or prompt.
